“There is a saying in Tibetan, ‘Tragedy should be utilized as a source of strength.’ No matter what sort of difficulties, how painful experience is, if we lose our hope, that’s our real disaster” – Dalai Lama
Ever have of those days where you just can’t win?
Life to me is a journey of the moon; we must go through phases of emptiness to be full again. I know some days are just so hard but there is always hope in tomorrow. Today, it may be one of those days for you where you are hurt physically, emotionally, or mentally. Well if I put it in my favorite word formations; I will say it is one of those days when even my coffee needs coffee.
Maybe it is difficult but some walks we have to take alone. I know it does get cruel sometimes even so you must understand that to heal a wound you have to stop touching it and the logic applies to ‘one of those days’ or ‘not in mood days’ as well. If you feel you did something wrong, own up to what you didn’t do right and that is how you learn and earn respect within self too. Every so often we create a lot of troubles by either over-thinking or expectations. Well, it is not easy to detach from work commitments or people you love but at times it is necessary in order to restore your sanity, your mind and have peace.
With time, it does get harder for everyone to let it go, in spite of that when you do move on – you will realize it was the best decision you have ever made. Remember what Pooh the Beer said to Snoopy, You Live Everyday and Die Only Once!
You become a force when you accept what you are, admit your flaws, your actions and most importantly love yourself in the process of becoming.
Have Faith in Soul, Hope in Mind and Love in Heart! Have your own share of falling, rising, making mistakes, hurting and learning stories. It is all in mind; replace the word of being “brave always” with being “okay” or “happy”? Not every day has to be a battlefield; someday it can be a rest day too!
